I have that on CD. No, she doesn't decide to cut at the end. Unfortunately my CD is corrupted/damaged and now generally won't play all the way through, but she decides not to cut. I also saw, but don't have, another video of her, done a bit later, in which she has long curtain bangs but the rest of her hair is even longer.
