You've come to the right place! I've met several great people here over the years. Yeah, there are a few grumps and haters, but Ninja (the site owner) maintains a pretty positive vibe here.

Sometimes I'll email a poster if they give a real email address when I sense a "combrade" in terms of taste. We've had some good conversations. Sometimes people will email me, and that's generally been positive, too. Sometimes we just have good exchanges in the comments.

There are other platforms that make it easier to DM with people who post. Telegram is one - I've made a good friend there from Europe who shares many of interests. But there are lots of spammers there, too. There's also some hair fetish communities on Discord, but I don't know much about them.

Tell us what excites you about hair. I'll bet you'll strike a resonant note with someone. If anyone hates on you, ignore them.
